At Thyme & Co. we value our community and believe the food service is in need of a transformation. Our small team aims to break with the often harsh environment of the traditional restaurant. We put effort in to a collective and open culture which allows for growth and evolution through the ever-changing food & service industry. Founder, Carrie Shaw, saw the Hudson Valley’s rapidly expanding food and artisan community as a perfect incubator for our growing company.
